LIFT is aimed at anyone who would like to learn or improve their technique when it comes to weight training, whether you’ve never picked up a barbell in your life, just need a few tweaks or you just want to throw around some tin to de-stress. We pay attention to every person to make sure you get the absolute most out of your training using simple cues and programming and a YES YOU CAN attitude.
